Hello, 2011.

Feels like forever since I've posted. Apparently, I needed a new wireless router because brother Adam set up a new one, and now I'm sailing! Thank you, bro.

I just spent 2 weeks off with Jake for holiday break- Teacher perk #32. I loved all of it- I've never been able to take all of break with him. We had a blast. I actually feel rested and ready to go back to school tomorrow. You can remind me of that in a week when after school tutoring starts and TAKS season is under way! :)

So- new year- 2011. Aren't we supposed to be driving spaceships by now? 2010 was an odd year for me- it was such a whirlwind. Between student teaching and starting a new career, it felt like a work horse kind of year. Although it is somewhat of a blur, I remember seeing God in my details every step of the way. In fact, all I really think of in regards to 2010 is the faithfulness of God. Last year went fast and hard, but I look back knowing that as I step into 2011, I am in the palm of His hand.

I have no idea what this year will bring, but I know who walks beside me in it. And at this point, I don't really need to know anything else. I look forward to the next adventure with my Heavenly Father, and plan to share the details of this story He is writing.. and can only hope that the details of my life, my story, bring Him just some of the glory He so richly deserves.
