Wow, this last picture is my dad 'back in the day.' He never smoked, but apparently knew how to look "cool" for pictures.. ha! I love my dad more than I can express in a blog. He's been such an incredible gift to me and my boy throughout our lives. He always shows up.. his generous spirit continues to amaze me.. and he has stepped up in my son's life in a way that means more to me (and to Jake) than he will ever truly know. I'm proud to call him my dad. Happy Birthday, Dad.
What I Love Most About My Dad: His sense of humor.. he laughs harder and louder than almost anyone I know.. at pretty much anything. I got that trait from him! I love that.
