Today's posting will be brief! I just wanted to acknowledge the ending of one 'season' and the beginning of the next. Late winter and spring were tough (downright exhausting, at times) ...I was challenged and I was stretched.. which is good for me. And even though not everything is tied up in a nifty package, I am at peace with what's to come. A lot of lessons learned both in the classroom and.. in life. I'm a little stronger.. a smidge wiser (although the more I learn, the less I really do feel like I know!).. and a lot more aware of the fact that I have very little idea of what is in store for me and my boy as we move forward. I'm trusting, though.. I've seen the Lord's hands in everything, but I have no idea what He is up to! I believe I am ready for what the next season brings to the table. I am so grateful for the community God has provided for Jake and me.. THANK YOU to my awesome family, my beautiful friends, my loving church, my fun classmates.. your tireless love and support made all the difference in our lives during this season and as we come down off what was 'early' 2008. Oh, and by the way, I am taking all of you into the next season with me! Are you ready?! I Love You all from the tops of your heads to the tips of your toes.
